Paperwork Management:
We handle all end-to-end paperwork, including broker setup, W9 forms, insurance certificate generation, rate confirmation, and consolidation of delivery documents. We also manage invoice creation and factoring submissions, allowing you to focus on driving.
Rate Negotiation:
Our team negotiates with brokers and shippers to secure the best and highest rates, performing broker credit checks for your safety and ensuring you get the most value for your miles.
Load Optimization:
We find the best loads based on regions with the highest prices, ensuring you are loaded weekly and avoid long idle periods.
How does NextMile Dispatch Services charge only 3%?
We dispatch 48+ Flatbed, 53 Dryvan 48+ Reefers, 40ft NON and CDL HOTSHOTS and 3+ Car Carriers.
Your account manager and his team of dispatchers will negotiate the best rate with brokers and shippers also manage rate confirmations, BOLS, lumpers, scale tickets and all dispatch paperwork to needed to setup your company

Your account manager will also work in tandem with billing department to insure that credits are checked and follow thru to insure all criterias are met and completed to be send to your factoring company for payment
Service fees start at just 3% depending on unit type, fleet size and route
